Service Description
RitzPix ®
offers a free online photo sharing service that is supported by physical location pickups for
prints. Their online photo sharing uses the EZ Print &
Share® system. It is a fairly standard system that offers many
of the same benefits as other free online photo sharing system.
The company also sells photo
books and photo gifts. These options are similar to other offerings
in the industry. Pricing is consistent with other industry
competitors for online prints and shipping. However, they also have
other higher pricing options for in store services.
Their customer service offers
email, live chat and phone numbers as options. Hours for live chat
and phone service are fairly standard working roughly 9:00am to 6:00pm EST and have various hours for Saturday
and Sunday depending on the service.

Personal Review
The Ez print and share ® system
works fairly well. It is consistent with what other free online
photo share providers offer. I was disappointed to hear you cannot
take out red eye though. One significant advantage for Ritz Pix ® was the fact that you could go pick up your prints
immediately. This is especially helpful if errors are made as you
can get reprints made faster. However, the company has also
recently announced 300 stores are closing so finding a location may be harder than it used to be. Still, being able to get prints fast will always hold significant value to
some customers.
Their customer service features
are nice in allowing three different options. This is a bit
uncommon in this industry niche so it is nice to see even if the hours of service are not 24 hours for live chat
and phone service. One other thing that should be pointed out is that customer reviews appear to be mixed on the
service offered. For more information on the company, you can visit
their site at www.ritzpix.com.
