Product Description
IdentityDNA ® focuses on a complete identity theft prevention
solution. They first have clients create an identity blueprint ™
which has key identity information like SSN, Name, Address, Phone and Date of Birth. This identity blueprint is then used to help their team monitor record
databases of the top banks, lenders, retailers, and utilities, and Government for activities that could be
fraud. If any instances appear, you are sent fraud
alerts. Then, if needed, a privacy advocate ™ can help you
resolve the issue or restore your identity. Finally, they reduce
the impact of identity theft by preventing pre-approved credit offers from going out, limiting junk mail, and
stopping telemarketer phone calls.
Benefits
- Comprehensive service that extends beyond credit
monitoring.
- Cost is only $8.95 per month making it one of the slightly cheaper
services in the niche.
Drawbacks
- Some services provide like telemarketing calls can just as easily
be done by the customer by adding themselves to Do Not Call Lists.
- Identity DNA ® System puts emphasis on you to take
correction to address possible identity fraud.
- No true unique service being provided except ending telemarketing
calls.
Customer Comments
Personal Review
IdentityDNA® offers a good 360 degree protection service. However, it does not seem to offer the same level of protection as some other
companies. Depending on your needs, services like the stop
telemarketing calls may be of little value to you. Also, I prefer
recommending identity theft services that put more emphasis on the company to prevent fraud from occurring
rather than putting onus on the customer. However, if you would
like to visit the company’s website, here is a link to it: www.identitydna.com.
